• All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars, GST inclusive, and valid to 31 December 2005.
• Minimum and maximum numbers apply.
• Private charters are available for up to 12 persons Day trips (Less then 24 Hours) - 6 max for Extended/Over night.
• All current fisheries regulations and Bag limits Apply.
• Charter itinerary may vary depending on prevailing weather & tidal conditions and is advised as a guide only.
• Awesome Game & Reef fishing Charters reserve the right to cancel or postpone a trip if in the skipper’s opinion conditions (strong wind warning or such) might make a trip unsafe for Passengers. In that event the customer will be offered to reschedule or a Refund offered. Awesome Game & Reef fishing Charters reserve the right to substitute Vessels in such an event the customer will be offered to reschedule or a full refund.
Awesome Game & Reef Fishing does not accept any liability of whatever nature for acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connection with any bookings. We do not accept liability in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events, which are beyond our control.
All quotations are subject to availability of services quoted and are not guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and
a deposit received.
• A minimum 20% deposit (private Charter) or $100 Per person (Share Charter) is required at time of booking to confirm the charter. For extended charters a 50% deposit is required. [or an amount specified at the time of booking]
• Bookings made with less then 48 hours notice -payment in full is required.
• Payment is accepted by cheque, Eftpos, Visa, Cash or American Express
• Payments can be made by credit card and details may be advised via phone (07-47772787), fax (07-47772963) or email info@awesomecharters.com.au. By prior arrangements funds may also be deposited directly into our Bank trust account.

Cancellation conditions apply as follows:
• Over 30 days - no cancellation fees apply, full refund of monies paid
• 30 days or less notice - Up to 50% cancellation fee may apply
Fishing tackle is provided on a "replace if lost / damaged/ broken basis". This is standard procedure around the globe.
